There has been a lot of study into the development of solar panels that can be sandwiched in between window panels that protects your home form the environment as well as generate solar energy, stored in storage batteries and then converted to normal electrical power by an inverter for use around the house. These solar windows are still quite in their experimental stages but they are one of the best ways to have green technology that does away with the need for dedicated solar panels installed onto your roof. The term loft, generally describes an attic space that has been turned into living quarters previously above barns and homes of old. With space in cities a premium, they have also adopted the maximization of the loft space into modern yet cozy accommodations that can rival the most exclusively designed homes.
