Many people are in favor with lofts because of the convenience of being easily connected with the neighborhood, easy access for buying or finding leisure time at downtown, and knowing that you are safe surrounded by the people day and night. In fact, according to statistics, 48.9% condos are sold within 30 days, while lofts are about 54.8%.

For me, I prefer lofts than high storey condos because of the availability of space. Since lofts are spacious, I can have more comfortable living. If I would have one, I think I would like to sleep in my loft all day!
